The Giuseppe Verdi Theater is the seat of the Philharmonic Society and was commissioned at the beginning of the 1900s directly by the citizens of Castel Rigone who, music lovers, after having organized a musical band, wanted a suitable place to practice music. Since then, the theater has been the most important secular center in the life of Castel Rigone, reaching over the years a universally recognized high artistic level.
Even today the Philharmonic Society offers interesting musical and theatrical activities.
