Also known as the Church of the Nativity or the Piagge, originally built as a shrine in the 14th century, the church faces the access slope to the town. It has a rectangular plan with a small door on the right for the sacristy, two niches on the sides near the entrance and two opposing altars in the middle of the nave. On the façade, it preserves a ceramic tile depicting the Madonna and Child.
