The Sanctuary of the Virgin of Montefrondoso stands on the top of a hill that dominates an important road between Perugia e Chiusi. Nowadays a thick vegetation covers the hill that host the sanctuary. A ceramic tile representing the Virgin with the baby, from the XVI century is venerated.
Originally, the tile was on the entrance of the mill of the family Crispolti. Later, after some miracles, the tile was brought in the church.
