La Querciolana produces high quality wines thanks to a careful and meticulous work that goes from the care of the vineyards, to the grape harvest, to the vinification.
The name given to the wines echoes the figure of Boldrino Paneri da Panicale, a famous captain of fortune, who, between 1450 and 1500, found refuge for a short time in the convent of the Benedictine monks at the time located inside the Querciolana.
