La Giuiaia Farm
- Immersed in olive groves, vineyards and the seasonal colours of centuries old plant life, this farm produces Saffron, wine (obtained from Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, Black Canaiolo and Malvasia del Chianti grapes), extra virgin olive oil (obtained by pressing the Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino species), ancient fruits and Fagiolina of Trasimeno.
