The historical wellspring La Trova is located outside Porta Sant’Agostino.

Functioning since the Middle Ages and recently renovated, the wellspring consists of three basins covered by a three-arched brick structure. The first and second tubs were used for washing and rinsing the linen, while the third was used for the clothes of the dead. In front of the first two pools there are two spouts for drinking water.
