The cooks of the village tell how the collective oven of Antria was a fundamental resource, as the whole town cooked bread, cakes, torcoli and roasts, community rites in the past of these small villages, where in many cases the tradition assigned to men the processing of large quantities of dough.
The oven of Antrìa is of medieval origin, set in the heart of the village in the buildings of the Confraternity of San Rocco and Sant’Antonio.
