Through the woods, between Castiglion Fosco and Greppolischieto, we reach the town of Fallera, a very old settlement dating back either to the prehistoric or the protostoric era.

Since 1925 there have been archaeological researches that have brought to light the remains of a fortification, dating back to the Iron era.
