The Church of the Good Jesus is located a short distance from the port, along via Guglielmi, the main street of Isola Maggiore. Dating back to the 15th century, built in neo-baroque style, inside it houses a canvas depicting the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple signed by Antonio Maria Garbi, an 18th century painter from Tuoro, and the Assumption of the Virgin and Saints by the Assisi artist Giacomo Giorgetti.
