Small seventeenth-century church with a small bell gable, rectangular plan and sacristy accessible from two doors on the sides of the altar. It was used from 1840 as a cemetery church in Castiglione del Lago until the construction of the new cemetery. The fresco of the Madonna del Soccorso, dated around 1640, may have constituted the ancient aedicule and is in fact squared away from the wall.
