The symbol of Castiglion Fosco is the imposing cylindrical tower that stands out over the town as if to still defend the boundaries of the ancient castle. Begun in 1462 and completed in 1500, it is accessed via a steep external staircase and subsequently by a spiral staircase which, from the first floor where there is a large 19th century weight clock, leads to the terrace (25m) from where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama.
Do not miss the Church of Santa Croce, a real treasure trove of art that deserves to be visited. Located next to the ancient medieval cistern, it was built between the end of the twelfth and the beginning of the thirteenth century.
