Elaion, from the Greek ἔλαιον, olive oil, is the name given to the organic farm founded in 2016 to create a quality product and guaranteed throughout its path of growth, harvesting, processing and bottling.
The estate is surrounded by a forest upstream and an organic olive grove downstream.
