The current church of Villastrada is by the architect Ercole Crescenzi of Panicale, built in the early twentieth century, with terracotta elements by the architect Nazareno Biscarini.
It has a rectangular plan with a transept, made up of four bays. The left side chapel has a different construction from the others and is probably the shrine that once contained the fresco of the Madonna delle Grazie.
