Built in the mid-eighteenth century, it contains a sumptuous wooden crucifix and an altar on which stands a painting depicting San Savino assisting a sick, framed in Baroque style.
The building is leaning against the external walls of the castle, has a rectangular plan with a raised presbytery of three high steps, while two doors on the sides of the altar lead into the sacristy. The back with the sacristy constitutes an antemural of the entrance door to the town where you can find the rest of the rectory and the square bell tower.
