Located in Piazza Agilla, the church preserves some works of art: a fresco representing the Crucifixion attributed to the Alfani school and two wooden statues dating back to the 18th century depicting San Rocco and San Sebastiano.
In 1926 the building was recognized as the Chapel of the Fallen because inside there are the tombstones in honor of the fallen in the two world wars and of the partisans who fell in Monte Buono.
