Full of courage and motivation, in 2018 Massimiliano started the first bisonti farm in Italy. An ethical breeding with 5 key principles: a peaceful animal, absence of human presence, life in the wild, natural feeding, weaning and natural reproduction.

Bison has delicate flavored flesh, exceptional tenderness, velvety texture and incredible nutritional characteristics that make it very similar to fish.

The bison raised in the pastures along Lake Trasimeno is the Bison Bison. Moreover, the bison had already lived in our territory 14,000 years ago. The fossils of his ancestor, the Bison Priscus, whose fossils are exhibited at the Paleontological Museum of Pietrafitta, have been found around this farm.
