Tradition, innovation and territory: these are the three guiding words and the essential principles at the basis of the daily work of Terre del Carpine, which today has about 200 contributing winemakers to produce wines of excellent quality and which reflect the typicality of Trasimeno.

The winery is located in the homonymous area Pian del Carpine, which takes its name from a Franciscan friar who lived in the twelfth century, Giovanni da Pian di Carpine. Even the choice of the names of the labels are linked to the lake’s stories and traditions.
The white wines, fresh and fragrant, go perfectly with lake fish products, while the aged reds perfectly support typical Umbrian peasant dishes based on legume soups, grilled meats, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
