Workshop on ancient grains with tasting
Isabella will teach you how to grind the wheat, sift the flour, knead and make – according to ancient recipes – ‘torta al testo’ (a special bread to be stuffed with local charcuterie) and fresh pasta of various formats.
At the end, we will taste the ‘torta al testo’ made with our own hands and take home the pasta to remind us of the good times spent with Isa.
You may choose how long the activity shall last: 2 hours, a half-day, halfday with lunch.
It is possible to reserve your own lunch-box containing produces of the farm products and of other local farms for a picnic alongside the Zafferaneto (the saffron field) or the ancient grains field.
