An important visit stop especially for the apse basin, where you can admire the spectacular fresco created in 1949 by the Perugian futurist master Gerardo Dottori. In “The Conversion of the Magdalene“, prostrate at Jesus’ feet, the woman performs an act of profound humility: with a perfumed oil preserved in an alabaster jar, she anoints his feet and then wipes them with her own hair, in the act of authentic repentance.
In the background dominates the Trasimeno Lake.
