Small medieval church with a single nave adjacent to the walls of the Castle, with a bell tower, which already existed in Polvese Island in 1028.
Inside, on the apse walls, there are frescoes of the fifteenth-century Umbrian school representing figures of saints such as San Giuliano, San Sebastiano, San Bernardino, San Rocco and other unidentified figures. The other walls are covered with layered plaster, with small portions of ancient paintings that are difficult to date.
