Since the 13th century, the Oratory has been the seat of the Compagnia dei Disciplinati or “dei Bianchi”. On the back wall is the famous fresco by Perugino depicting The Adoration of the Magi, a large work (650×700 cm) executed in 1504, one of the richest and most crowded ever created by Pietro Vannucci: a sort of large chivalrous procession, with numerous characters in elegant poses, immersed in an idyllic landscape typical of Umbrian nature.
